About the clinic
We are a family owned clinic proudly caring for our patients’ health since 2018. We offer high-quality, compassionate care in a safe and comfortable environment. Our providers are committed to giving you personalized patient care, focusing on preventative health, as well as chronic disease management, treatment of acute illness and injury. We have lab and x-ray services on-site. One stop for all of your healthcare needs!

Our Providers
Dr. Rosalie Padilla
Dr. Rosalie Padilla, a native of Puerto Rico, graduated from medical school at the University of Puerto Rico. She then finished her training with a residency in Internal Medicine in Washington, DC.
She and her husband, who is also a physician, relocated to Bowling Green in 1987. She has been in practice in Kentucky since then.
Dr Padilla joined Bluegrass Medical Care in 2021.
In her free time, Dr. Padilla loves to travel, ski, scuba dive, plays tennis and golf, and spend time with her family.
Elizabeth (Beth) Lanham, PA-C
Beth grew up in Colorado and received her BA in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado. She relocated to Kentucky in 1996 and attended the University of Kentucky Physician Assistant Studies program, graduating summa cum laude in 2000. She and her husband have lived in the San Fancisco Bay area of California, as well as Atlanta, GA. They relocated back to Bowling Green in 2013 to raise their family. Beth has been with Bluegrass Medical Care since its opening in 2018.
In her free time, she enjoys travel, watching her 2 daughters' sporting events and in the summer months she loves spending time with family and friends at the lake.
Rebecca Fuqua, APRN
Rebecca graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then worked in cardiac intensive care and post-anesthesia care.
In 2024 she graduated from Northern Kentucky University with her Master of Science in Nursing. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a Certified Medical Examiner for FMCSA. After graduation she worked in walk-in care and occupational medicine.
She has been married for 5 years and they one 8-month-old daughter. She enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
